They talk the talk and it all kind of makes sense. Could someone going to NAMM this year check it out please and give us a report?
TIA

Looks really good to me, but like any other amp I would actually have to play it before I would decide to buy it.

I read about this before, but it needs to be heard to be believed. Would be great though if really someone could nail it and save our backs.

This kind of thing may take 50 pounds out of my rack. I know I am very interested in what is being done. Just what is said about the 20 hertz has me interested.

Well, amps have been using pretty much the same technology for the last 60 years. It's time for a change. I remain skeptical until I hear it in action

totally interesting to read about. God would it be cool to get some weight off my ass at the end of the night! whew! now for speakers!
but.... they samples (of which its always hard to say anything for sure from sample)
but..... they kinda sound funny on the gain type sounds like maybe fizzy and a little small sounding
but right now clean jazz dudes should eat this up!
and keep going man whoever is making this stuff!
It's an amazing idea and a really cool read! the part about the transformers is very interesting.

Very interesting. The samples do sound a bit strange but it's probably just how they were recorded. This would be a great amp for someone playing a lot of gigs. Just think, one of these amps, a 1x12 and something like the Line 6 M9 and you'd have a great rig.
Personally I always think that tubes are always going to be used in high quality guitar amps. I mean, modelling amps can sound good if tweaked properly and are convenient but they just don't sound as good as tubes IMO. Plus, solid state and modelling amps don't appear to get on with pedals in my experiences.

Didn't you do a deuce for that back then and find your true sexuality in the process?

So no big transformers and light weight, more tube options, etc... Sooooo.... ? Why is it the future? Heads now arn't that heavy, so this doesn't impress me.... If I was 75 lbs and could barely lift my guitar, it would be interesting! Haha.... I think that tech would be great for a stand alone power amp, that would really take some weight out of a rack.
