Hey Guys,
Regarding and chorus or delay on the rthym guitars for Rebel Yell. When Chrysalis Records remastered the record for CD about 10 years ago, some rocket scientist thought it would be a great idea to put a bit of slap delay across the entire mix. Why? I have no fucking idea. If you download the Jammit app http://jammit.com, you can then get Rebel Yell and isolate the guitars. You will see that they are essentially dry, maybe with the slightest bit of reverb. The solo utilized an amazing harmonizer made by the french company, Publison, but once again very sparingly. To my ears Rebel Yell never sounded better then the original mix on vinyl.
